Privacy policy

The controller of your data is Fable Media LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States, with address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. To talk about privacy, write to admin@fablemedia.tech.

In the application form we only collect what we need to review your profile and get in touch:

• name;
• WhatsApp;
• email;
• social profile (Instagram, TikTok or similar) and your form answers, like niche and experience.

We use this data for two things: reviewing your application and reaching out about the result, campaigns and community news. We never sell your data or use it for anything else without telling you first.

We process your data based on your consent, given when you accept the application form (art. 7, I, of the LGPD). You can withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge.

Your data stays with the PubliSecrets team and the providers that keep the platform running (hosting and database), and they can only use it to deliver the service. We keep your data while your application or account is active, or for as long as the law requires.

Access to the platform is 100% free. PubliSecrets is a closed network: entry requires a human review and an activation process before you start receiving your first jobs as a creator in our community. We do not charge any subscription or membership fee.

Our team uses application and activation data to assess your profile, track the steps and provide support.

The LGPD gives you the right to access, correct, port and delete your data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@publisecrets.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

This policy may be updated and the current version always lives on this page. Questions about privacy? Reach us at contato@publisecrets.com. See also our terms of participation.
