Terms of participation

PubliSecrets (publisecrets.com) is a closed network that connects creators and brands to produce video content. Access is not open: everyone joins by applying and goes through curation.

The network is operated by Fable Media LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States, with address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: admin@fablemedia.tech.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the country where the customer lives.

When you apply, you confirm that the information you send (name, contact and profiles) is true and yours. Our team reviews every application and may approve it, decline it or ask for more details, with no obligation to justify the decision.

Access to the platform and campaign showcase requires approval through human curation and completion of the activation process. Applying is free and creates no employment relationship with PubliSecrets or the brands.

Access to the platform is 100% free. PubliSecrets is a closed network: entry requires a human review and an activation process before you start receiving your first jobs as a creator in our community. We do not charge any subscription or membership fee.

Every campaign shows the pay, the brief and the conditions before you accept. Payment applies only to campaigns where you were selected and delivered what was agreed. Being part of the community does not, by itself, guarantee income.

When a campaign is paid, the money is held in escrow. Once your delivery is approved, it leaves escrow and the Pix payout lands within 7 days.

PubliSecrets charges creators nothing: no commission on your earnings, no subscription, no monthly fee. PubliSecrets is paid by the brands.

To keep the network healthy, it is forbidden to:

• use fake data, other people's profiles or automated accounts;
• deliver content that is not yours or that violates third-party rights;
• take deals off-platform to dodge the platform escrow;
• harass, discriminate against or harm other members, brands or the team.

You can leave the community whenever you want by asking to close your account. PubliSecrets may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. Money from already approved deliveries follows the normal payout flow.
